Cherupayar (Moong Dal) Kootu


Ingredients:
  • Cherupayar(Moong Dal) 1 cup cooked
  • Coconut 1/2 to 3/4 cup
  • Sugar 2 to 3 tbs
  • Salt as rqd
Soak the moong dal for 1/2 hr. Clean it and cook well. Mix together cooked hot moong dal, coconut, sugar and salt well.
