Vanilla Cake - My First Blogging Anniversary........!!!

Ingredients:

  • Egg 2
  • Salt a pinch
  • Sugar 1 cup
  • Milk 2 Tbsp
  • Butter 1/2 cup
  • Flour 1 1/4 cup
  • Baking pdr 1 Tsp
  • Vanilla essence 2 Tsp
Preheat the oven to 350 deg F. Sieve flour, baking pdr and salt. In a bowl beat butter and sugar till it becomes creamy and fluffy. Slowly add egg and vanilla essence into the butter and beat well. Then add flour and milk alternately starting and ending with flour. Bake it for 30 to 35 mins.
