Ariyunda


Ingredients:
  • Rice (kuthari) 1/2 cup
  • Jaggery 1 cup grated
  • Coconut 1 to 1 1/2 cup grated
Fry the rice well in a kadai or cheenachatti. Do not use oil. Fry the rice till they start splitting. Make the rice into fine powder. Mix together grated coconut and jaggery. Then add the above prepared rice powder into this mixture and mix well. Make it into small balls.

  5. wooow...i love this...but one doubt da....doesnt this jaggery contain kallu and mannu?....the one that i get here, i add water,boil it and then strain it for making payasam...tell me that ok...i want to make this one.:)
