Broccoli and Carrot Mezhukkupuratti

Ingredients:
  • Carrot 1 cup
  • Chilly 4 to 5
  • Broccoli 2 cup
  • Pepper pdr 1/2 Tsp
  • Turmeric pdr 1 Tsp
  • Mustard seeds
  • Curry leaves
  • Garlic 3 to 4
  • Water
  • Salt
  • Oil
Clean the vegetables and cut it into medium pieces. Add splitted chilly, garlic, onion, salt, little water and turmeric pdr. Cook it in low heat and keep it aside. Heat oil in a pan and add mustard seeds, curry leaves and onion and saute it well. Add cooked vegetables and pepper pdr. Mix it well and saute it for few mins in medium heat.

  5. Mezhukkupuratti is looking very delicious. I do make with broccoli and carrot separately but never thought of clubbing together. Great idea.very nutritious too :)
