Cabbage Curry

Ingredients:
  • Cabbage 2 to 3 cup chopped
  • Tomato 1 big chopped
  • Onion 1 big chopped
  • Garlic 2 to 3 pods
  • Curry leaves
  • Chilly 5 to 6
  • Meat masala 2 to 3 tsP
  • Garam masala 1/4 tsp
  • Coconut milk 1/2 to 3/4 cup
  • Mustard seeds
  • Vinegar 1 tsp
  • Water
  • Salt
  • Oil
Clean and cut the cabbage into medium pieces. Add chopped tomato, onion, garlic, chilly, curry leaves, little turmeric pdr, salt and water into cabbage and cook it well. Keep it aside. Add vinegar into masala pdr and make it into a paste. Heat oil in a pan and add mustard seeds. When it splutters, reduce the heat and add the paste. Roast it well and pour it into the cooked cabbage. Mix well. Add coconut milk into this and boil it in low flame for a few minutes.
