Chicken Pattichulathiyathu

Ingredients:

  • Chicken 1 no
  • Onion 4 to 5
  • Ginger 1 1/2 tbsp (chopped)
  • Garlic 1 1/2 tbsp (chopped)
  • Curry leaves
  • Soya sauce 1 tsp
  • Tomato sauce 2 tsp
  • Chilly pdr 2 tbsp
  • Corriander 1 tbsp
  • Turmeric pdr 1/2 tsp
  • Garam masala 1/2 tsp
  • Pepper pdr 1 tsp
  • Mustard seeds
  • Salt
  • Oil
Clean and cut the chicken into medium size pieces. Mix together chicken, 1/4th of sliced onion and all other ingredients except the 2 sauces. Add 3/4 cup of water and cook. When chicken is almost done, remove lid and cook. Heat oil in a pan and add mustard seeds, curry leaves, rest of sliced onion, tomato & and soya sauce. When it turns golden brown, add chicken into it and mix well.

    You have a very tasty and lip smacking blog going on there. I reach office and the 1st thing I do is check each day's recipe. The fotographs look like each dish is served on our tables and ready to be eaten..Superb! Please do help me with a simple homely mutton curry blessed with your kaipunyam..my mutton is waiting in the freezer to be eaten!!

Checking out the daily recipe is my first activity in office. Please do help me with a simple naadan mutton curry blessed with your kaipunyam! My mutton is on the waiting list in the freezer to be eaten!!
