Chilumbikka (Bilimbi) Chammanthi

Ingredients:

  • Salted bilimbi 5 to 6
  • Birds eye chilly 4 to 5(kanthari)
  • Shallots 2 to 3
  • Oil 2 to 3 Tsp
  • Salt as rqrd
Grind together all the ingredients. Add required amount of salt and coconut oil and mix well.

  1. tinaaaaaa....i had to google to understand what is bilimbi or chilumbikka?? we call it irumbampuli..this is new to me..we had a big tree in our backyard and we never knew that a chamanthi cud b made with it..
