- Flour 1 1/2 cup
- Salt 1 1/2 Tsp
- Sugar 1 Tbsp
- Milk 2/3 cup
- Baking pdr 1 Tbsp
- Vegetable Shortening 1/3 cup
Preheat oven to 425 deg F. Sift together flour, salt, sugar and baking pdr. Make a well in the flour and add milk. Add shortening and knead it well. Add milk and mix it. Transfer it onto a floured board and gently knead 6 to 8 times. Roll out the dough into 1/2 inch thickness. Cut it with a round cutter and bake it for 10 to 13 mins.
