Ingredients:
- Fish 1/2 kg
- Chilly powder 1 Tsp
- Turmeric powder 1/4 Tsp
- Pepper powder 1/2 Tsp
- Ginger paste 1/4 Tsp
- Garlic paste 1/4 Tsp
- Vinegar 1/4 Tsp
- Salt
- Oil
Clean and cut the fish. Mix the above ingredients into a fine thick paste. Marinate the fish and leave it for 30-40 mins . Fry it in oil.
