Ingredients:
- Melted butter : 200 g
- Self raising flour : 200 g
- Semolina : 200 g
- Fine sugar : 100 g
- Glazed cherries
Pre-heat the oven at 160° C. Beat the butter and sugar well. Add flour and semolina to the butter mixture. Combine it well and make it into small balls. Transfer it into the tray and bake it for 15 to 20 mins. Then transfer it to a wire rack and cool it.
