Ingredients:
- Dates : 25 (deseeded)
- Milk : ½ cup
- Baking pdr : 1½ Tsp
- Wheat flour : 1½ cup
- Sugar : ¼ to ½ cup
- Vanilla essence : ½ Tsp
- Egg white of 1 egg
- Salt : 1 pinch
Soak the chopped dates in ½ cup of warm milk for ½ hour and grind it well. Combine together wheat flour, baking powder, sugar and salt. Add the grounded dates and vanilla essence and mix it. Beat one egg white well and slowly add it into the batter. Then prepared the pancakes by pouring 1 big spoon full of batter into the pan and cook it in low flame.
