- Apple 2 peeled and chopped
- Ground cinnamon 1/2 Tsp
- Lemon juice 1 Tbsp
- Sugar 1/4 cup
Put chopped apples in a microwave safe bowl. Cover and microwave it for 3 min or till the apples are soft. Mash it well. Add sugar and lemon juice. Microwave uncovered for 8 min or till dry. Add cinnamon pdr and mix well. Cool it and transfer it to a jar and refrigerate.
