Unakkameen (Salted Dry Fish) Chamanthi

Ingredients:

  • Unakkameen ( small dry fish) 5 to 7
  • Coconut 1 cup grated
  • Green chilly 3 to 4
  • Shallots 3 to 4
  • Oil
Soak fish in water for 20 to 30 min. Clean it well. Deep fry it in oil. Grind together fried fish and all other ingredients. Do not over grind.
