Ingredients:
- Milk 4 cup
- Sugar 1 cup
- Water 1 cup
- Rice (Unakkalari) one handful
- Cardamom 3 crushed (optional)
Add all the ingredients into a pressure cooker and cook it in high flame till the first whistle. Then reduce the flame and cook it for 30 mins. Remove it from fire and keep it aside for another 10 mins. Open the lid and stir it well. Serve it hot.
Creamy and tasty.
