Ingredients:
- Chicken 1 kg
- Onion 4
- Green chilly 5
- Pepper pdr 2 Tsp
- Turmeric pdr 3/4 Tsp
- Vinegar 1 1/2 Tbsp
- Curry leaves
- Salt
- Oil
Clean and cut the chicken into med pieces. Add chopped onion (med size), sliced chilly, 1 tsp pepper pdr, turmeric pdr, vinegar, salt and a few curry leaves into chicken. Cook it well. Remove the lid and saute till it becomes dry. Heat oil in a pan and add curry leaves, garam masala and pepper pdr. Add cooked chicken into this and make it dry.
