- Fried pappads 8 to 10
- Black gram 1 Tbsp
- Grated coconut 1/2 cup
- Turmeric pdr 1 pinch
- Pepper pdr 1/4 Tsp
- Mustard seeds
- Chilly 2
- Onion 1
- Salt
- Oil
Heat oil in a pan and add mustard seeds and black gram. Add chopped onion and chilly. Saute it. Add grated coconut, pepper pdr, turmeric pdr and stir it till the water is absorbed. Add the fried pappads and mix well.

I love papad thoran, my mom used to make this when she didn't had nothing much at all,at home.
