- Beef : 1/4 kg
- Coconut : 1 cup
- Ginger : 2 tsp (finely chopped)
- Garlic : 2 tsp (finely chopped)
- Shallots : 1/2 cup (chopped)
- Chilly : 3 to 4
- Garam masala : 1/4 tsp
- Turmeric pdr : 1/2 tsp
- Coriander pdr : 3/4 to 1 tsp
- Chilly pdr : 1/2 tsp
- Mustard seed
- Curry leaves
- Dry chilly : few
- Salt
- Coconut oil
Clean the beef and mince it well. Grind together coconut, chilly, shallots and turmeric powder. Keep it aside. Mix the beef with chopped ginger, garlic, curry leaves, shallots, salt and all the masala powders and cook well till it becomes tender. Put the ground coconut mixture into the beef and cook it for few more minutes. Heat oil in a pan and add mustard seeds, curry leaves, sliced shallots and dry chilly. Add the cooked beef to the above mixture and combine well.
