ReplyDeletehi Tina,
ReplyDeleteToday is Friday evening here in US, and we had exhausted all our inventory over the week. I had just eggs, onions and tomatoes. Simply came to your site, searched for "egg roast" and tried the recipe. Thankyou very much for a delicious dish that we had with idiappam! :)
By the way, i am Mrudula; a big admirer of your effort. Your blog is awesome and the recipes even better. Also, my husband is a friend of your husband, they studied together in school. Please ask him about Shenoi, if you get a chance. thanks again..bye4now :)
