Kovakka Varuthathu


Ingredients:
  • Tindora (kovakka) 1/4 kg
  • Turmeric pdr 1/4 Tsp
  • Pepper pdr 2 Tsp
  • Salt as rqd
  • Oil
Clean and cut the kovakka into length-wise pieces. Marinate it with salt, pepper pdr and turmeric pdr for 15 mins. Then deep fry it in oil. Serve it hot with rice.
