- Okra (vendakka) 10
- Coconut 1 cup
- Chopped onion 1 big
- Chopped garlic 1 Tbsp
- Turmeric pdr 1/2 Tsp
- Chilly pdr 2 Tsp
- Musatrd seeds
- Curry leaves
- Salt
- Oil
Cut okra into small pieces. Heat oil in a kadai and add mustard seeds. Allow it to splutter and add chopped garlic, onion and curry leaves. Saute it till it turns light brown and add chilly and turmeric pdr. Stir it well and put okra into this. Saute it in high flame for few mins without burning it. Cook it and add the grated coconut and salt. Reduce the heat and stir it till it turns crispy.
A simple everyday recipe that will surely help a lot :) The click looks damn delicious :)

Vendakka fry is so colourful.We never add coconut with that.Ur click speaks a lot.
