- Chicken 1
- Cumin seeds 1/4 Tsp
- Fennel seeds 1 Tsp
- Turmeric pdr 1 Tsp
- Pepper pdr 1 Tsp
- Vinegar 1/2 Tsp
- Bread crumbs
- Maida 2 cups
- Egg 2
Clean and cut the chicken into medium pieces. Beat the eggs and keep it aside. Ground together cumin seeds to vinegar and add salt to it. Marinate chicken with this paste and keep it aside. After half an hour, roll marinated chicken pieces in maida and then dip it in beaten egg and roll it in bread crumbs. Fry it well.

I was quite excited by this chicken fry recipe...KFC fried chicken is my favorite indeed.
I was looking at trying this recipe, but got little confused with the method. Under ingredients u had mentioned fennel seeds, turmeric pdr & pepper pdr; but dont find them used in the method. can you please help me on that, i am looking at trying this recipe today as its my Husband's birthday.
