Ingredients:
- All Purpose Flour 4 cup
- Granulated sugar 2 cup
- Butter, melted 8 Tbsp
- Baking pdr 1 Tbsp plus 2 Tsp
- Vanilla 1 Tbsp
- Milk 2 cup
- Salt 1 Tsp
- Egg 2
In a large bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking powder and salt. In a small bowl, combine together milk, egg, melted butter and vanilla. Pour milk mixture into the dry ingredients; mix all ingredients thoroughly. Transfer it into a greased or paper lined muffin tins and bake at 400° F for 20 minutes.
