ReplyDeleteAnudivya, never thought it would come out good if I folded it, anyways, it worked... thanks.
Sunshinemom, great to know that u make them too.. I recently got this recipe from my friend Nisha, who had an interesting incident at her home which prompted me too to try this... Nisha's hubby, Philips, was not a big fan of the Gothambu dosa and was against making them at home.. Nisha decided to try something different and made this dosa... needless to say, her hubby liked it so much that he couldn't stop having till his stomach ached... :-)) Similar was the case at my home too... now my hubby too takes these without any questions...!!
Dude, first time here, ur veg dosa sounds so interesting....haven't read all ur posts! Bet they are yummy....as the pictures say it. Well...I also agree with ur term 'Kaipunyam'...tho' cooking is science...everal times, certain food dies tastes yummy only when prepared by some people. Keep up ur work, Tina....
